Valmy De La Vallee Du Mouton:  Valle

Valle was born December 13, 2000.  She is the daughter of Ch. Horn De La Fontegude (father) and Ormille De La Mare Aux Chouans (mother).  She is great, great granddaughter of Elton De La Hutte Aux Diables (Elite A).  

Valle is our first Picard and opened my eyes as to how true to form the Picard can be. Valle knows sit, stay and come but, she only does these things when she is good and ready. She is the sweetest dog and loves to sit as close to you as she can get. Most of the time when she sits it’s on my foot.  She loves to be outside so she can run and play in our ponds.  However, she will not go near our swimming pool.  

We have cattle here on the ranch that Valle lives to herd. She has never had a lesson in her life but took right too it. She is definitely the Alpha dog in our house she runs the show.  Valle, as is the case with all Picards, is truly stubborn, but the love you receive from them far out ways all their stubbornness.

Victor of Silver Glen:  Vic

Vic was born on December 10, 2004.  He is the son of Ravaillac De Stephieci (father) and Urricane (mother). 

Vic is the lover of the house.  Upon our return from being away, he will greet us by jumping up to giving a hug, placing his head on your shoulder.  He is very vocal and will try to carry on a conversation with you for about 10 minutes. He is the clown of the house he makes me laugh all the time. He displays all the finest qualities of a Picard.

Ardosie Du Manoir De Bertinghen:  DC

DC was born June 15, 2005. She is the daughter of Ti Amo Du Domaine De Breedenarde (father) and Pendevyck De Lann Guic (mother).  DC comes from a very long line of champions; Nolff De Lann Guic (Elite A), Elton De La Hutte Aux Diables (Elite A), Morvan De Lann Guic (Elite A) and Gwalez Du Val Nervien (Elite A).

DC is quite the princess and carries herself as if she knows she is royal.  She is the quiet and shy one in the house however, she will be the first to let you know when someone is at the door.  Although she doesn't’t mind her alone time, she is the one that loves to play with all the dogs, even my Miniature Australian Shepherd which none of the other dogs like.  

Brogan Lynn of Double D Ranch

Brogan Lynn was born March 13, 2006. She is the daughter of our Valmy & Victor. She is from the first litter born here at Double D Ranch.

Brogan Lynn is an outstanding combination of her Mother and Father. She greats you each morning with a big hug and a kiss.We just adore her.
